A wedding gift presented to Princess Mary of Teck in 1893 by the people of the County of Surrey. The tiara could also be worn as a necklace. It was dismantled in 1913. The large diamonds were later used along the top of the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, and other diamonds were used in the Gloucester Honeysuckle Tiara.
