Mak.by and I'm (formerly MyOtkryty) are the Belarusian and Kazakh subsidiaries respectively of the Russian Vkusno i tochka. All of them used to be McDonald's restarunts until the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine. Though McDonalds sold the restarunts, they do have a option to repurchase them after 15 years. They use different names in each country due to the different terms and naming restrictions of the different McDonalds contracts, but are all owned by the same Russian owner named Alexander Govor. They have a similar menu as McDonalds, but with some differences.
