Stutz fire engines were built by the Stutz Fire Engine Co. of Indianapolis, Indiana, from 1919-1928, and the
New Stutz Fire Engine Co. of Hartford City, Indiana, from 1930-1941.
The Stutz Fire Engine Co. was co-founded by Harry C. Stutz after he had left his Stutz Motor Car Co.
