The Sphinx is a secret society of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, founded in 1885. Its building was built in 1904 to a design by Manchester architect William M. Butterfield. The building, which is believed to be the only example of Egyptian Revival architecture in New Hampshire, was listed on the United States National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
