English: Soho Mews, a luxury cooperative apartment building located at 311 West Broadway between between Grand and Canal Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, with a second building at 9-21 Wooster Street and a garden between them. It was built in 2007-09 and was designed by Charles Gwathmey of Gwathmey Siegel. It is located within the SoHo - Cast Iron Historic District and was built with the approval of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. (Source: CurbedNY and AIA Guide to NYC (5th ed.))
