English: Skye at Waterscapes, a 26 storey building, is the largest building in Kelowna, Canada. It is the largest building between Calgary and the lower mainland. Skye is the tallest building in Waterscapes, featuring a complex of lowrise apartment buildings. Waterscapes is built on what was once the industrial and railroad section of Kelowna and has now turned into a neighbourhood of high end condominiums. The project was designed and built by Vancouver based company, Ledingham McAllister. Theatres, art galleries, cinemas, The Delta Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort, Casino and Conference Center and Prospera Place, home of the Kelowna Rockets and many concerts, are all located in the nearby cultural district.
