The Sikorsky H-19D-SI Chickasaw, serial 55-3197 (c/n 55926), was delivered to the United States Army on 6 March 1957. It was sold to Orlando Helicopters on 17 May 1974 (civilian registry as N95487). It is today preserved at the United States Army Medical Department Museum, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas (USA) with incorrect serial "14314".
