English: Shouqia is a low mountain pass in the Central Mountain Range of Hengchun Peninsula between Daren in Taitung and Shizi in Pingtung. The term Qia(Cia) is derived from the Chinese pronunciation of the Japanese word 峠. Shouqia is also spelled as "Shouka" or "Shoucia".
