English: This building in Seattle adjacent to the Lake Union Steam Plant (this building is to the south) and generally considered part of the same complex, actually preceded the latter by 2-3 years. Variously known as the Seattle City Light Emergency Generating Plant, the Hydro House or the Power House. Like the rest of the steam plant, it is now decommissioned and used for other purposes.
