English: Santa Eulália Roman fish salting Farm is located on the cliff top above Praia Santa Eulália in the city of Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal. These remains are of the holding tanks used to produce Garum, a fish sauce which was consumed in great amounts by the citizens of the Roman Empire. Santa Eulália Roman fish salting farm is unusual and important due to its located at 20 meters above the beach and sea, when most other such facilities have been found lower down at sea level.
