English: Rova Teit Zein (Hebrew for "Quarter 16") is a quarter in Ashdod, a planned community on Israel's southern coast. Ashdod's urban design (notable for its zoning) incorporates 17 distinct residential quarters (R'vaim – plural for Rova) and 4 built around mixed-use development, mostly marked in Hebrew numerals. "Teit" (ט) and "Zein" (ז) are the ninth and seventh letters in the Hebrew alphabet, accordingly.
