English: The Room XII, also called the Italian room, was the biggest commission room of the Palace of Nations at the time of its construction. It has a mural painting by Massimo Campigli as the only element of the original decoration by Gustavo Pulitzer Finali. The room was completely transformed in 1958-1959 and renovated in 1999.
