English: The Historic Rodeo Café Building, now Zeek's Pizza in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. Contender for the oldest building for several blocks around (however the building across the street, directly under the monorail tracks, likely dates to the early 1890s), the two story portion was built in 1902 by developer Jarvis T. Klette. The 3-story portion fronting Tillicum Square was built in 1908 for owner Louisa Havers (Pacific Builder & Engineer, 10-10-1908, p.11), at which time the Klette Building was remodeled to match by architect Henderson Ryan. As a singular apartment building they were known as the Havilton, likely a play on the property owners' name.
