Robert "Rob" Howley (born 1970 in Bridgend) is a Welsh former rugby union player currently coach. He played for Bridgend RFC, Cardiff RFC, Wales national team and British and Irish Lions and has been assistant coach of the latter two plus of Cardiff Blues in Celtic League.
