English: The rhombille tiling is a tessellation of the plane by rhombi with 60° and 120° angles, meeting in groups of three at their obtuse angles and in groups of six at their acute angles. When colored appropriately, it has the appearance of a pyramid of cubes in two ambiguous ways, forming the "reversible cubes illusion". It has been used since ancient times as a flooring pattern, and it is also known in quilting as "tumbling blocks".
