Residential complex Manhattan (ru: ЖК «Манхэттен»). Several high-rise buildings located at the end of Truda Street on the site with an intersection with Hero of Russia Alexander Yakovlev Street before crossing with Severo-Krymskaya Street, on the right bank of the Miass River. The complex includes already commissioned multi-storey buildings in the same style: Hero of Russia Alexander Yakovlev Street, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and two-storey trade and administrative buildings near them Truda Street, 172, 174. As of May 2021 6 multi-storey buildings and one two-storey trade and administrative building are still being completed, their address is still unknown.
