English: Radio News was founded by in 1919 by Hugo Gernsback and acquired by Ziff-Davis in 1938. The name was changed to Radio & Television News in August 1948, to Radio & TV News in May 1957, and to Electronics World in May 1959. It was merged into Popular Electronics in January 1972.
