English: Since 2002, the Pop Conference has occurred annually, usually in April, and until 2028 usually at MoPOP (formerly Experience Music Project, EMP Museum) in Seattle, Washington. It was originally under the aegis of that museum, and is now under the aegis of the Clive Davis School of Recorded Music at NYU. It brings together various constituencies, primarily music critics and academics who write about music, to discuss popular music, popular culture and the related industries.
Several dozen additional, less "encyclopedic" photos (2007 afterparty; 2007 closing plenary, which was a "roundtable" discussion; 2009 Pop Conference Night at the Sunset in Ballard, etc.) under free licenses can be found here. Further images at this location and [1] may be variously licensed.
