Built in 1927, this Spanish Colonial Revival-style building at 315 North Henry Street in Madison, Wisconsin, was constructed to house the Plaza Bowling Alley and Barber Shop. The building features a red brick front facade with buff brick trim, cream brick cladding on the sides and rear, a stone base, a red terra cotta tile bonnet roof with paired wooden brackets, a low-slope roof surrounded by a parapet, a central Spanish gable parapet with a blind arched panel in the middle, stone trim including keystones and parapet caps, arched bays on the second floor with a buff brick soldier course above with blind arch panels above the windows, stone belt coursing at the base of the second story window sills, brick panels flanking the second-story windows, and first floor retail shopfronts. The building today houses commercial office space and retail space, including the Plaza Tavern, "Home of the Plaza Burger".
