Pieter Rudolf Mees (Rotterdam, 21 januari 1849 - aldaar, 25 mei 1931) was een Nederlands bankier en politicus. Hij was lid van de firma R. Mees & Zoonen, en directeur van de Eerste Rotterdamsche Mij. van verzekering tegen ongevallen.

Mees was lid van de gemeenteraad van Rotterdam van 1887 tot 1902, lid van de Provinciale Staten van Zuid-Holland in 1897, en Lid van de Tweede Kamer van 1905 tot 1909. (bron)
