LUO Jin, an apprentic working in Huadong Photostudio, was ordered by a Japanese soldier to print some photos. LUO made additional copies of 16 photos showing atrocities commited by Japanese troops. Later, the photos was handed to WU Xuan, LUO's classmate. After WWII, these photos were handed out by WU and served as crucial material evidences for the postwar tribunal.
1938年1月,南京华东照相馆徒工罗瑾,利用日本兵在该馆冲洗照片之机,将日军自摄的屠杀中国人的16幅照片冲洗出来,装订成册保存。后为其同学吴旋继续保存。抗战胜利后,吴旋将相册呈送南京市临时参议会并转交中国南京军事法庭,作为京字第一号证据。[1]
