Paintings in the Canaletto Room
26 vedute of Warsaw were painted between 1770-80 to embellish the so-called Panorama Room (later Canaletto Room) at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. They were executed by Bernardo Bellotto (1720-1780), also known as Canaletto. 22 of the original paintings are displayed in the Canaletto Room, 2 are displayed in the National Museum in Warsaw and 2 are missing.
