Packard 733 is the designation for the larger of the two Packard Standard Eights offered in the 7th series, sitting above the shorter Model 726. As such, the 733 succeeded the 1929 Standard Eight 633, and was in turn succeeded by the 1931 833.
7th series correlates with the 1930 model year.
