Oscar's Martini is named for longtime Las Vegas mayor Oscar Goodman. It was commissioned by the Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency and designed by Selbert Perkins Design; Fluoresco Lighting & Signs built it in 2007 along with several other Fremont East signs. https://signsofthetimes.com/a-look-back-las-vegas-neon/
