English: The Orpheum Theatre building — an office tower and theater complex, on Broadway in the Broadway Theater District of Downtown Los Angeles.
- The theater was built for Orpheum Circuit vaudeville shows and Silent films, then became a movie palace for sound films.
- The 1928 Gothic Revival style building, restored in the 1990s, is a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument.
- The Orpheum has 1 of the 3 remaining theater pipe organs in Southern California.
Not to be confused with other theatres that previously carried the Orpheum name in Los Angeles:
- Grand Opera House, 110 S. Main, called the Orpheum from 1894-1903
- 227 S. Spring St., previously having been called the Los Angeles Theatre, not related to the building currently has that name. This venue was renamed the Lyceum Theatre in 1911 and now called the Palace Theatre.
