English: On 26 September 1927, French Indochina issued a set of thirteen postage due stamps. The Chùa Một Cột (or "One Pillar Pagoda") in Hanoi was depicted on the lower values and the Dragon of Annam was depicted on the higher issues. The One Pillar Pagoda was also used on the designs of revenue stamps of the Municipality of Hanoi under French rule, and later on postage stamps of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (North Vietnam), and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
