English: The Lycoming County Jail at 154 West 3rd Street at the corner of William Street in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, was built in 1868, replacing a jail built in 1799, and was designed by Edward Haviland. In 2001 it was converted into "The Cell", a nightclub.(Source: [1])
