English: Odiva (Alma Beaumont) was a vaudeville entertainer, said by managers and promoters to be a Samoan pearl diver born to English parents who shipwrecked, but whose true background is unclear. She performed in the United Kingdom, United States, and Australia, doing underwater acts with a team of trained seals. (There may possibly have been multiple people performing as Odiva over the years.)
