Definition : Any movable element, in the non-built sense (not permanently implanted on the ground), protected by the French Administration as a characteristic of French Movable Heritage. The following are exceptionally attached : decorative or utilitarian elements added to a building but not necessary for its durability, whether stone architectural elements‎ (friezes, bosses, capitals, rood screens‎, etc ...) or other (stained-glass windows‎, funeral monuments, wooden doors, frescos or other monumental paintings, mosaics, etc.).
