Neighborhood House is a program of Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach founded by the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Mercy in 1989. The building was built by Cumberland Methodist Episcopal Church in 1912 and became Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in 1928. The later parish merged with St. Patrick's in 2014.
