English: USA-269, also known as NRO launch 61 (NROL-61 or simply L-61), is a National Reconnaissance Office communications satellite named Quasar 20 and nicknamed "Spike". It was orbited by an Atlas V 421 rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 41 on 28 July 2016.
