English: USA-223, also known as NRO launch 32 (NROL-32 or simply L-32), is a National Reconnaissance Office electronic intelligence satellite named Orion 7. It was orbited by a Delta IV Heavy rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 37B on 21 November 2010.
