English: USA-181, also known as NRO launch 23 (NROL-23 or simply L-23), is a pair of National Reconnaissance Office naval reconnaissance satellites named Intruder 7A and 7B and nicknamed "Canis Minor". They were orbited by an Atlas IIIB rocket, launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 36B on 3 February 2005.
