English: Files relating to the Muzaffarids (1314–1393), a Muslim dynasty which came to power in Iran following the breakup of the Ilkhanate in the 14th century. They started in the area of the city of Yazd, and obtained the region of Kerman in 1340.[1][2] At their zenith, they ruled a kingdom comprising Iranian Azerbaijan, Central Persia, and Persian Iraq.
