English: Matteo Florimi (d. 1613), also known as Matteo Florini and Matteus Florimus, Italian print and book dealer and publisher of books, maps and figural prints, hailing from Calabria. In 1591 he published a book of patterns for lace, 'Fiori di ricami'; in 1597 he published the life of St Catherine, engraved by De Jode after Vanni and the Passion of Christ by De Jode after Andrea Boscoli. He collaborated with noted engravers and painters of the time, such as Agostino Carracci, Cornelis Galle, Pieter de Jode, Villamena, Thomassin, and Andrea Boscoli, among others.
