English: Lalla Rookh was a iron barque built in 1876 by R.J. Evans & Co., Liverpool for E.C. Friend & Co., Liverpool. 1898 sold to the Newark Shipping Co. (Nicholson & Co.), Liverpool and 1903 or 1904 to Lever Bros., Liverpool. Used in the South Pacific copra trade. Sold 1905 to O.T. Tørnevold, Grimstad, Norway, and was renamed Effendi and 1919 to H.T. Realfsen, Skien, and was renamed Belona. 1923 sold to Verner Hacklin, Räfsö Finland and was renamed Karhu. 1926 sold to Gustav Erikson, Mariehamn, and given back her original name. 1928 broken up in Bruges.
Her dimensions were: length × beam × depth = 196.3 × 31.8 × 19.6 ft (59.8 × 9.6 × 5.9 m) and she had a tonnage of 814 GRT, 814 NRT and 1350 DWT.[1]
