The Jordan Lanes was built just north of Allentown at 731 Jordan Parkway in Whitehall Township. It opened in September, 1954. The air-conditioned facility opened with 28 bowling lanes a snack bar, and a large billiards room. On Christmas Eve 1960, the facility suffered a devastating fire, which largely destroyed the building. The facility was totally rebuilt, and re-opened in September 1961 with 40 lanes.
Since its re-opening, Jordan Bowl has provided both league and individual bowling. It also has 10 full-sized pool tables, pinball/video game machines, along with a full snack bar and lounge, along with a fully-equipped pro shop. It is also equipped with latest in bowling technology.
