English: James McHenry Jones (August 28, 1859 – September, 22 1909) was an American educator, school administrator, businessperson, and minister. Jones was the third principal of the West Virginia Colored Institute (present-day West Virginia State University) from 1898 until 1909, and is considered by West Virginia State as the institution's third president.
