Hadım meaning eunuch this was a mosque built for the second of the two Grand Vezirs named Ibrahim Paşa serving Süleyman the Magnificent. The mosque was built in 1551, it is an octagon inscribed in a rectangle with galleries on each side. It has no columns but in the angles of the octagon shell-like pendentives support the dome. Tiles over the mihrab seem to be (according to the Strolling through Istanbul guidebook from which I quote) from the latest Iznik period or even 18th century from Tefkur Saray.
