English: Is such wiring, that breaks normal work of electroinstallations. Also, it is considered to be improper electrical wiring installations with improper insulation in society; but improper insulation means safety enforcement. Such way, lot of countries equate 0-class installations to improper electrical wiring, even if they are working normally.
Why you can meet mistakes? The reason is in payment. In fact, experienced and qualified electricians are not agree to do easy works cause of little price. If it is need to wire outlet or light switch or else low-cost work, experienced electricians shift this work to builders or home owners; cause the motor control centre wiring at any factory brings more money than outlet wiring. This problem exists in the majority of the countries all over the world, but companies hide it from consumers.
