Igor Cavalera was one of the founding members, along with his brother Max Cavalera, who formed Sepultura. From 1986-1996, they released 6 studio albums with the original lineup. Reaching the top of the Brazilian metal scene as well as doing multiple world tours, Sepultura along with Igor Cavalera became some of the most prominent people in the metal scene. After 1996, he left the band with his brother to form the Cavalera Conspiracy which still tours today.
