Body and chassis are now built to form one rigid structure.

The floor is in one piece which prevents fumes and dust from entering the body.

Bonnet is now one-piece ("Alligator bonnet")

Note vertical chrome strips by the bottom of the grille

(Some 10,000 are said to have been built.)

Production resumed in 1945 with the same car described as Mark I
