Große Straße, bell tower.
- The Wyk Bell Tower was completed on July 18th, 1886. It is considered to be the landmark of the city Wyk auf Föhr.
- In earlier times it served to warn the inhabitants of Wyk in case of danger by ringing the bells.
- It was built because the bells the St. Nicolai church in Boldixum were heard only under favorable wind conditions.
