The church of St Mary was demolished after attacks during the Blitz of 1940. The gravestones have either been moved to sit along the north wall of the churchyards, or laid flat in the corners. Although microfilm records of births marriages and deaths exist, there does not seem to be a list of locations of the gravestones. A couple of tombs have been sort-of reconstructed out of various pieces.
