English: Ethagala (literally meaning Elephant Rock), one of the 7 rocks that overlook the town of Kurunegala, North Western Province (Wayamba Palata), Sri Lanka. The rock's highest point is 316 metres (1,037 ft) above the town's ground level. It is said to be shaped like a crouching elephant.
