Faceva parte del complesso di edifici legati al culto delle divinità orientali Cibele e Attis, di cui si pensa che facessero parte anche il sacello di Attis, un vano con una vasca forse per l'allevamento dei pesci sacri o per riti di purificazione e il recinto ellittico detto anfiteatro.
English: This room has been recognized as the temple of Cybele. It was part of the complex of buildings linked to the cult of the oriental deities Cybele and Attis, which is thought to have also included the sacellum of Attis, a room with a tank perhaps for the breeding of sacred fish or for purification rites and the elliptical enclosure called amphitheater.
