E. P. Charlton & Company, also known as the E. P. Charlton Company, E. P. Charlton, or simply Charlton's was a "five and ten cent store," or discount retailer, of the United States and Canada from 1896 to 1912, when it was consolidated with several other chains to form the F. W. Woolworth Company.
