English: A plumage pattern where the distal "triangle" of the wing, the hackle ("hood"), and the saddle share the same colour. For showing, the ideal is for all three to have identical shade, but it is usual to see variance in intensity. The pattern is discernible in males only; female duckwings exhibit a partridge-like pattern.
