English: Dromahair (Droim Áth Thiar or Droim a dhá Eathair in Irish) is a picturesque small village in County Leitrim, Ireland. There are two possible Irish origins to the name Dromahair. 'Droim Áth Thiar' translates as "Ridge of the western ford", referring to the village's situation at a fording site on the River Bonet (An Bhuannaid). The alternative origin is 'Droim a dhá Eathair' ("Ridge of the two air-spirits"). Dromahair is 10 km from Manorhamilton and 17 km from Sligo town.
