Deutsch: Die Dreifaltigkeitskirche (ehem. Franziskanerkirche St. Johannes Baptista) in Prenzlau, Mark Brandenburg, gehört und dient einer reformierten Gemeinde der unierten Evangelischen Kirche Berlin-Brandenburg-Schlesische Oberlausitz. Die Kirche entstand in der Mitte des 13. Jh.s. 1544 mit Aufhebung des Klosters geschlossen. 1598 als lutherische Dreifaltigkeitskirche wieder eröffnet. 1735 wegen Baufälligkeit geschlossen danach profaniert als Lager. 1846 königliche Schenkung an reformierte Gemeinde. 1846–1865 restauriert und ab 1865 Gotteshaus der Reformierten.
English: The Trinity Church (before 1544 Franciscan Church of St. John the Baptist) in Prenzlau, March of Brandenburg, Germany, is owned and used by a Reformed congregation within the Evangelical Church of Berlin-Brandenburg-Silesian Upper Lusatia, a united Protestant church body of Calvinist, Lutheran and united congregations. The church was erected in the mid-13th c. but closed with the secularisation of the friary by the prince-electoral gov't in 1544. It reopened as Lutheran Trinity Church in 1598. It was closed due to dilapidation in 1735 and profaned as warehouse. The king donated to the Reformed congregation in 1846. The new owner restored the church until 1865 and is using it since.
